Last lunch in Texas…

So – we drove from Houston, TX to our new home in Pleasanton, CA. We decided to have a picnic lunch at one of the more scenic rest stops in north Texas. Last day of work in Houston.  Lunch at Pronto Cucinino! They roast lemon garlic chicken over an open fire in the dining room. and have fresh gelato.

Gumbo Lunch

This was a pretty perfect lunch. The newspaper place mat was especially charming. Ragin Cajun – you can’t miss the giant crawfish on the roof!
